Professional video editing uses footage you provide. Medical content is reviewed before publication. Signature filming and distribution are agreed in your package.

The Golden Shield is a one-time physical item with your name and “Verified Doctor on Altibbi”. Eligibility follows credential approval and your billing schedule; delivery terms are agreed before payment.

Altibbi’s audience figures describe the platform as a whole. Newsletter features rotate; the full email audience is not an individual doctor’s placement. Patient bookings and income are not guaranteed.

How do online consultation bookings work?

Altibbi charges 35% of the consultation fee for each successfully paid online booking on the Free plan. Cancelled and refunded bookings are excluded. Professional and Signature include online bookings with 0% Altibbi commission and no extra Altibbi booking fees. Bookings depend on patient demand and your availability.

Who can apply?

Doctors with professional qualifications and a licence or registration that we can verify. Credential approval applies to every plan, including Free. Payment does not replace verification.

When do I pay?

The Free plan has no membership charge. For Professional or Signature, pay only after approval and after reviewing your final included activities, price and terms. No card is needed to apply.

Does membership guarantee patients or bookings?

No. Enquiries and bookings depend on your specialty, availability and patient demand. Audience figures describe Altibbi as a whole. Newsletter features rotate across shared editions; they are not dedicated emails to all 18 million users for each doctor.

What happens after my application is approved?

An Altibbi team member will contact you to prepare your doctor profile on Altibbi.com and send you its link by email. The team also helps you access Altibbi Clinic and online consultation services. For paid membership, your agreed offer and payment come before activation.

Is Altibbi Clinic included?

Yes. Altibbi Clinic is included at no extra subscription cost on Free, Professional and Signature. It is Altibbi’s clinic software for managing patient records and files. After approval, our team will contact you to help you get started on Altibbi’s services.
